Everything was amazing, magnificent location next to Marjan Forest Park, ferry, all the monuments, even Archeological Museum and the old town and Marjan Forest Park, comfortable experience. The restaurant was not very far from the hotel. No complaints whatsoever, I can recommend, thoroughly enjoyed it: D

The rooms were brand-new and big size, included a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and air conditioner.

The staff was very friendly. the location in the old part of town was stunning. - the hotel was just off Solin, old Split, and the waterfront. - I enjoyed having drinks at Konoba Fetivi, which was only 200 meters away.

Comfortable triple room with 2 windows, terrace, and a private bathroom. the staff was friendly and gave us good recommendations for local spots to check out. 😊

The location was just superb, very close to the main square and waterfront, bus station, and Roman ruins. We were greeted by amicable, kind staff. - Really enjoyed the way our brand-new single room with the private bathroom was arranged.

I recently stayed at Adriana Downtown Guesthouse for a couple of nights. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Diocletian's palace in the old part of town. The courtyard is charming with lovely potted plants. Adriana, the host, is extremely friendly and welcoming. She even waited for my midnight arrival on the street, not knowing what time or how I looked like. The apartment, although small and a little dark, is cheap and comes with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The WiFi was fast, making it convenient for me to stay connected.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The guesthouse is perfectly located in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from main attractions and beaches. Being very close to the main promenade, it was easy to reach any destination or activity. the room had beautiful views over the old town and was nicely set for our arrival.

The bathroom would benefit from an update in the facilities but we didn't mind since it was kept clean.

We had a great stay in this hotel! The location was perfect, being just outside the city wall and close to the historical center. We could easily walk to the Split Old Town and enjoy all its amenities. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities we needed. Additionally, the staff was fantastic and very helpful. We loved the fact that we could easily park our car and use the reliable transportation nearby.

The location of this guesthouse was fantastic, situated in a charming old street close to the city center. The atmosphere of the old stone house added to the overall experience. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing a warm and welcoming environment.

The room I stayed in was a bit dark, which made it difficult to see properly at times. The beds were also not very comfortable, leading to a somewhat restless sleep.
